About Me
My journey into the field of psychotherapy began with a profound curiosity about the human mind, stemming from my studies in neuroscience and psychology. Early in my professional journey, I had the privilege of working closely with individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing. This experience not only broadened my understanding of communication but also deepened my appreciation for the resilience and strength of the human spirit. In addition to this, I have worked within a mental health team as well as in voluntary roles such as mentoring with those with addictions.
Driven by a passion for personal growth and self-discovery, I embarked on a journey of my own. Stepping outside of my comfort zone, I took on the challenge of public speaking, culminating in a TEDx talk where I shared my journey of using stand-up comedy to overcome severe anxiety. This experience not only reinforced my belief in the transformative power of vulnerability but also solidified my commitment to helping others navigate their own paths toward healing and empowerment.
